Luciana Heineman is a well known artist with more than 25 years of teaching experience in both oil and watercolor. She has studied in Italy, and at the University of Hartford Art School, and with many distinguished Connecticut artists. Her work is part of permanent collections at various institutions including Aetna, The Hartford, Windsor and East Hartford Town Halls, and Western New England College. She has won more than 80 awards for her work from numerous organizations including the New Britain Museum of American Art, Connecticut Women Artists, Springfield Art League and others. She is a member of Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts, Connecticut Watercolor Society, New Haven Paint and Clay, Academic Artists Association, CT Watercolor Society and the West Hartford Art league.
