Alice studied at the Rhode Island School of Design, Newport Art Association, Fairfield University and West Hartford Art League. She was Fine Arts Major at the University of Connecticut. She has exhibited in Newport, R.I., Fairfield, CT, Storrs,Ct., West Hartford Art League (President's Award, 2004), Bloomfield Public Library and the Gallery on the Green in Canton, CT.
“Though I still occasionally paint with acrylics, collage has become my favorite means of expression. My inspirations come randomly. Sometimes it's simply a still life that takes my fancy, or a landscape. The possibilities in collage are limitless. Whenever I start a new piece there is a sense of excited anticipation. I never know where it's going to lead me.”
